Ana Vieira from Live More Flexible will be sharing how you can use your breath to destress and calm yourself during the chaos. In this practice we will observe the breathing process in different parts of the body, gradually sensitizing the body-mind to become receptive to the flow. Your breath will always be
there to support you. Ana will be teaching some simple breath techniques that will help you in those moments of frazzle.
We will then incorporate our breath techniques with movement in the hammock, Abby will lead a restorative aerial class, taking much needed time to slow down, tune in and be present. Slipping into deep cocoon bliss Ana will then guide us through a Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is the ultimate relaxation!
