Float, Flow and Breathe - a breathing workshop
Oxygen is the first and most important nutrient for the body
Shallow chest breathing seems normal for most of us, but it actually restricts your lungs, limits your oxygen intake, and makes you feel tense, anxious and short of breath.
Deep abdominal breathing, on the other hand, allows your lungs to expand to their full capacity. This means you’re not only taking in much more oxygen, but you’re expelling more carbon dioxide too.
We’ve teamed up with our good friend Soreya from @The Light Room- Kundalini Yoga and Meditation to help you re-discover nourishing, natural breathing.
Our unique fusion of aerial and Kundalini yoga will help you float, flow, and find freedom in your breath and your body. "Kundalini yoga and meditation is a beautiful experience that guides you into the presence of your body and soul.” Soreya
A combination of deep breathwork, focus and Mudra (hand postures) will elevate you to the deepest state of relaxation, where you can use diaphragmatic breathing to realise the full potential of your lungs.
In the hammocks, we’ll float through simple yet profound aerial yoga postures to find balance, presence, relaxation and release. “This workshop is not to be missed! I’ve never slept as soundly as I did after my first Kundalini experience with Soreya and I'd highly recommend it to anyone.” Lou
Come float, flow and learn to breath again with us!
