Whether you’re a beginner or a pro - our suspended workout, constantly works against gravity and with 3 dimensional movements. This supercharges even the most basic moves for an incredibly effective workout with fast results. It will challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and push yourself that little bit further.

Your bootcamp lasts Six weeks and consists of three weekly classes:
* 1x Cross Core on Monday 6.45am - a bodyweight and resistance class that uses rotation and instability to challenge the body.
* 1x Power Yoga. Tuesday 6.15am OR Thursday 6.45am - an energising and dynamic yoga flow to set you up for your day
* 1x Ubound Friday 6.45am - an upbeat, high-energy cardio class set to a great soundtrack.
