This 1.5 hour workshop is jammed packed with technical tips, & special stability secrets to prepare your body for hand stands.
This session is suitable forｅｖｅｒｙＢＯＤＹ from absolute beginners to advanced yogis and strength & calisthenics lovers
Kings will cover the basics and foundations for hand balancing.
Working into balances such as; Palm Headstands, Forearm Stands and Handstands,Frog pose, Low Crow, Crow, High Crow and Crane.
Arm balances are ᴛᴏᴜɢʜ but everyone starts somewhere.
Kings will work through a range of exercises to prepare you for these balances and even if you are unable to complete the final shape there is plenty of 𝕤𝕥𝕣𝕖𝕟𝕘𝕥𝕙 exercises to work on.
We will run through warm up 𝒹𝓇𝒾𝓁𝓁𝓈 and animal 𝒲𝒶𝓁𝓀𝓈. Talk about the importance of hand position and the surface you practise on.
Stacking joints for easy structural balance rather than effortful and mechanical balance.
We will work with props and supports and provide variations to suit all fitness and strength levels
